Websprout Agency provides software consulting, custom software development, workflow automation, and AI-assisted systems for small businesses. The specifics of each engagement are defined in a written scope agreed with the client.

Every project is quoted individually. Pricing may change until a written scope is agreed. Payments are processed through Stripe and billed at agreed checkpoints as parts of the project are delivered.

Websprout Agency retains ownership of the underlying code and product architecture. Clients receive a license to use everything built for them. Ongoing hosting, support, and maintenance are available through a monthly plan.

Websprout Agency signs a Non-Disclosure Agreement at the start of an engagement and keeps client information private and secure.

Estimates are good-faith projections, not guarantees; a clear timeline is provided after the initial call and refined once scope is agreed.

Services are provided “as is”; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Websprout Agency’s total liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Services are intended for business use by individuals 18 years of age or older.
